Revenant is still viable, right?

So, to summarize.

Revenant is fairly situational, he can be pretty good, can also be okay. 
He’s viable, especially in the right hands, but he isn’t the best. 
His passive is useful sometimes, but could be a bit better. 
His tactical is only good on certain enemies, or as a mini area denial thing.

His ult is helpful, although not the best.

@Sir_Named Let me add one more your summarize, since some of the previous posts were written to answer me XD:

Revenant is good for Casual, not very practical/viable for Ranked, and it won't bring anything on the table for serious matches and tournaments to replace Wattson, Wraith, Path, Gibby or Caustic. He needs better defensive or escape ability, other than climbing higher to survive when he is under attack on the field.

@Alphabets Yep so he is essentially like half the legends in the game. Some characters will never be viable to competitive. Wattson will always be there due to being the ultimate camper. 12 fences means no one is running through your house and her ulti means no one is nading you to get you out. Only Caustic throwing traps thru the windows to destroy the fences allows the push of a good watson team.
