Every year each EA game resets on mobile. Its pretty much the same thing as going from fifa 17 to fifa 18 instead you dont have to buy the game. If you played the game before it was reset about a month ago, they gave around a month or so warning that your whole game will be reset, besides from the nba cash that you earned.
