To EA GAMES Whom It May Concern

Hello,I'm Masami.
I'm playing BF1942,BF RtR,BF DC,BF2,BF SF,BF2142,BF3,BF4,BFHL,BF1,BF5 from 2002.
I have some requests for you.

I think that BFHL is a great work.
But I couldn't participate in the multiplay of BFHL from May 2018 suddenly.
It message is "Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'USER NAME' (for".
I tried reinstalling and readjustment to files of BattleFiled and PunkBuster ever so many times, but in vain.
Is it only me?I don't see Japanese and Chinese and Korean on BFHL now.
Players of BFHL are decreasing drastically.
It's strange.Don't you think it's unnatural?
If you possibly can,please improve that.

And then,I have an idea about new Battle Field.
How do you attach BF1942 and BF2 to new Battle Field on Windows10.
It's wonderful like you developed BF1942 in 2002.
I wish for new Battle Field to sell a lot.
Old friends might return to Battle Field again.

If the Punkbuster error messages you are seeing is:

• Punkbuster kicked player [your name] (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Service Communication Failure: PnkBstrA.exe

then reinstalling Punkbuster can help.

1. Go to your BFHL folder (by default, that’s C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield Hardline)
2. Open the _Installer folder.
3. Open the punkbuster folder.
4. Open the redist folder and run the pbsvc application file inside.
5. Restart your computer and try the game  again.

If you’ve never installed Punkbuster, or if you uninstalled it for some reason, you need to install it before you can play Battlefield 4:

1. Go to evenbalance.com.
2. Click on the version that says For All Windows Games.
3. Open the downloaded zip file, then run pbsetup.exe.
4. Read and accept the EULA, then follow the steps to update Punkbuster.
5. When it’s updated, click Add a Game.
6. In the pull-down menu, select Battlefield Hardline, then click A
