Reporting cheaters - system is crap

There's a cheat, been reported, been reported, reported again, and this guy is still playing.

I'm one of the first to admit, there are better players then me, alot.  but no one is good enough to headshot every single round.  This guy has been around, high level, and has been reported multiple times, yet nothing is done?

If you cannot support your in game reporting system and handle these issues, why should i ever give you any of my money?

What is going to be done about this in the future?

Please feel free to check out this thread for a bit more information regarding how we approach cheating. 

If you do come across someone else who may be breaking our terms of service be sure to check out our EA Help article on how to report them to the correct team! 

Report players for cheating, abuse, and harassment

From there they will look into the report and take the appropriate action if needed, as there is no additional information or support we can offer on AHQ I will be closing this thread.
