Refund for CFB 25? Waste of time.

How does a major game company roll out such a giant pile of doo doo?  There is only 1 reason I bought the game after waiting for a decade... to create my team and play dynasty.  I went ahead and ate the pile of crap that is the "Game Pass" necessary to access this feature.  So, a $100 game was now a $220 game over the corse of a year.  So, a $220 game has a glitch that has now robbed me.  The function was not available when the game rolled out, even though we paid extra to get the early access.  Now it has been down 2 of the 4 days that is has been available.  The Microsoft issue was over days ago.  Why is this junk game still failing?  Ahh, it's because the product or maybe their leadership or even both are trash.  Please give me a full refund!  This is a joke.  Feel free to email me when your product is fixed and ready to work as advertised.  Maybe, I might consider buying it again, for the standard edition retail price.  This hunk of junk isn't worth the $100 you stole from me, let alone the $220 for the year.  TRASH!
