Recovering EA account

I have been trying to gain access to my EA account and have not had any luck and have not received any real help. I told the EA customer service reps I don't have access to the old email that's attached to the EA account they insist that I provide them with outdated information and even if I get somethings right, they won't tell me. All I want is to be able to do is update my email address and play the games I pay for through EA play every month on my Xbox. The last EA rep I talked to was extremely rude and made me feel like there was no hope of me gaining access to my account. Who do I need to contact or reach out to, to get access to my account.

If you are unable to verify account ownership then I'm sorry to say but the team will not be able to assist you in gaining access to or making any changes to the account.
