Reconnaissance cry pod doesn't seem to work

I'm on Havarl where you have to save the scientists. I got the Reconnaissance cryo pod perk, but I don't see a single chest marked on the map anywhere. Is something not working right or what?

If you're refering to the chests that appear on other worlds then no you do not get any on Hvarl
