I created a different account as you saw earlier on in this thread that I messaged on another account named "blazxy6". I tested to see if I would get a confirmation email to say my case had gone through and I got an email asking if I still needed help. This was very shortly after I posted a case on that account. I will also attach those emails I received below.
Anyway, I tested this because on my "SnoopyyTheThird" account, I have still yet to receive any of these emails!

Finally a different outcome! I think this is due to the browser cache being deleted. Ironically, this is the first email I have received from ea support on this email so this is a start but why won't they email me when I'm signed into my account? I have made sure my email is up too date and it's the only one that is displayed on the customer portal site. I hope this issue will finally get resolved but less then 24 hours until the item I wanted is gone leaves no hope I'm afraid.

FYI I've now received my first emails from my main account asking if I still need help with my original cases. I open up my cases too find 2 are now "fixed".
I booted my Apex Legends up too see if I have received my coins but sadly still nothing!
I can't resume my cases, it is just taking me in circles again so I assume this issue is never going to get resolved
