Add ReaSnow to the list of cheating tools on console that eliminate recoil, this absolutely has to go.
(Edit: I've removed the link to ReaSnow's website detailing the hacks, to conform with forum rules. But yeah, this stuff is bad, and rampant. Please, someone with the power, investigate it and allow us to report players on PS4. Current reporting methods are non-existent, and I am encountering cheaters in every single late-game at this point).
