Ranking System

When is there coming some sort of ranking system in this game? 

I'm becoming really done as a 3 kill per game guy having to face players with 1000 or over 2000 kills kills with a single character. Those people are above my skill, what the hell am i gonna do against that? It's not exactly fun anymore..

@EA_DarkoCan you add a self-demotion option? I am ranked Gold IV but should be Silver I or II. I am just sitting at the bottom of Gold IV and I get slaughtered, I keep getting tier demotion forgiveness.  I can't even keep up with my squads.
