Ranked Fixed? Had extremely high ping at end of ranked last night….

Just wondering if anyone else has encountered the problems that there were in ranked recently, I was playing ranked match and last three squads were left I command center is hot at one guy the all of a sudden til end of match my ping shot to almost 1300 I didn’t even think that was possible. The highest mine has ever been was maybe 70. So leads me to believe it he problem is still out there, can anyone confirm or deny this? I can’t report it because I can’t for sure say there was any wrongdoing and if I could I wouldn’t know who to report simply because I don’t know which player would have been the culprit.
