Rank 20 reward fix [ Edited ]

Community Manager Jeff Braddock has just announced they have pushed a fix through for people experiencing a bug that caused them not to receive certain rewards once they reached level 20; their gear should now show up in the armory once they finish another match.

Edit: This should also fix all bugged rewards from all previous ranks; information can now be seen in-game and the official forums as well

I've just asked Jeff about the previous Ranks not earned rewards.

Play and complete a match (not mid-quit match) to update the stats and it should show up under your Armory then. Should also fix previous Rank rewars!

I replyed with this Info in the specific Threads where the people asked for it.

Oh cool, that's actually pretty nice that it tells you in the in-game menu that there is a fix for it. :eahigh_file:

Still hasn't fixed itself for you eh? Yeah I think you'll need to contact an advisor to help you out. There have been so many new patches and items since I posted this thread there were bound to be new problems.
