Ranger needs higher lightning effect on melee

Imo the ranger needs higher lightning effect on his melee. When u dont use Advanced circuitry or light consumable u need for example 2 melee Hits to prime a scar hunter in gm1 gm2 and gm3. I think that makes the ranger even more worse compared to the others who only need 1 melee attack to proc combos.

 

Imo the ranger should allways been able to prime enemies with 1 hit except bosses titants and legendary enemies. 

 

Ofc after u destroyed the shield.

I run a Ranger and I don't agree, I use Advanced Circuitry, otherwise you are asking for a free component imo. I find it to be an excellent component especially with the build I am running. All of the Javelins have pluses and minuses, I think that's good and while I play a Ranger you would think I would want to be more OP, but I feel OP atm anyway.  Even when I wasn't running Advanced Circuitry I still found melee useful even if you did have to hit some mobs twice. Rangers aren't meant to be melee specialists but we have the option via the component to make it really useful.

With ur logic the other 3 javalins should have a component to be able to detonate primed targets with 1 hit. As u can see u talking nonsense.

The Ranger can prime targets with onle one hit.

You know that priming targets with shields is not possible, don't you?

Get rid of the shield, then you can prime.

Then you do something wrong. I have no problem priming hunters in GM1 + 2...

it also increases melee damage though. also i think, you are trying too hard painting all javelins as equivalent or samy. and if you cant make it work then try something different. also there are minor inscriptions on components to buff effects. next youll complain that colossus doesnt have a dash

"Detonate primed targets with", the melee primes, its doesn't detonate, I see who is talking nonsense. Unless you are not aware they can detonate primed targets with one hit, at least the Colossus and Interceptor can, not sure with the Storm.

It is a weakness to prime on melee at the first place. And when u need extras to make it work, its even more of a weakness. Thats a simple fact. Thats why  i cant take any of u serious at all. Trying to defend sth that clearly is not thoughtful.

As a storm, targets never prime on the first hit with ice. The only way to insure a prime is with siege breaker after three hits and then sometimes it doesn't  work.With Amulet of Winter being fubarred with 0% of ice damage I have seen much less priming. I hope they fix it this patch.
