Rampart needs a buf

Her walls are too easy to destroy even when deployed its more unsafe to play her strenght than not , they are too easy to take down and too slow to deploy

And she has the worst ult in all the game , nothing about it is good ,  her ult needs a rework tbh , I was thinking of maybe making sheila an automated turret with lower damage than right now and that covers an area in front of it on its own for like 120 sec or something

Being able to switch between automated and manual control with Sheila would be good I think, with the damage dealt being reduced when in automated mode, and the fact that once it runs out of ammo, you have to run over to it to reload it. Her Amped Covers should have 100 health when deploying.

@Gonourakuto I agree the shields should go up faster. Also I think she should be able to walk around with sheila.
