Quickest way to earn xp/level up the rocket pass?

What’s the quickest/best way to level up the rocket pass? 

Its so incredibly slow, I know people said play with friends but I don’t have any friends that play Rocket Arena.

Not sure but right now it's double XP for a couple of days.

That seems to speed up the blast pass too from what I see, so worth taking advantage of unless I am imagining this effect.

@ArcticPandaPopz I would also make sure to do as many challenges as you can, especially the weekly.
