Questions about fan art in NBALM

Hi EA, I wanted to know if there is limitations to uploading fan art that can potentially be in NBALM. By limitations I mean like for example, if I post one of my art that had images from Google, Getty images or any other site, will it be considered copyright?How would you guys know if your allowed to use our fan art? I am afraid that if I post one of my fan art, I will he copyrighted or you guys won't accept it. Will I have to ask the owner of the image for permission to use their image? If so, do I email the owner of the image by email or is there another way? I hope to get a response because I really want to know how to upload images without getting copyrighted.
