One of my all-time favourites is Kefka's Theme from Final Fantasy VI. My favourite FF and one of my favourite villains ever. Kefka is just delightfully evil.

There's some excellent choices here. No brews for me, but it's great background music to my workday. 

I was blown away by Undertale's soundtrack, with Megalovania being a standout.

Ikaruga was an amazing bullet hell shooter, with music that went really well with what was happening on-screen.

Even years later Metal Gear Rising: Revengance stands out for its skill with its use of music, and how it reacts to what's on-screen.
