I was just curious as to when somebody else is shooting a target do you see blood splatter or do you only see your own hits ? Sorry if its a stupid question just something  ive never considered

You are able to see it anyway; you can check it out when one of your team mates is shooting to an enemy!

@Arkaec Afaik the only blood is a tiny puddle left after you kill someone
