Question about founders pack

So i purchased the founders pack on my PS4 but most of my friends play on PC so i swapped over to PC.  Is there any way to get my purchase over to the PC side or would I have to buy the founders pack again?

Sorry to say @jarredpalmier08 but progress and unlocks are not transferable across platforms.
