Question about Need for speed: No Limits

Okay, so I made a couple purchases on Need for Speed: No limits in the past couple of days, and I get a good car, but the parts that come with it are  amazing, but I can’t even install them on the car. Is it supposed to be like that? It wants me to stage up the car to install them, and I think that if you make a purchase you should be able to instantly install them to the car. I just want to know if that is supposed to happen. If it’s supposed to do that, let me just say, that is very dumb. Thanks for reading.

it's still in storage, upgrade the car and you can snap it in. hate to take the other side, but you needed to see what stage your car was
