Quest progress error

Ok so first off i compleated the "play matches quest" and i was supposed to recove chompzilla,the smash, and impfinity and the next day om on the game i see that it says complete quests to unlock and i cant play as any of them so can an EA worker please help me because im very upset i neeeed these heros please contact me because i need these hero's

@Alex138984 Hi, can you try restarting your device to start? Sometimes this can help with syncing issues, if that's a factor here

Do you have any screenshots of the quest tracker? Does any other progress appear to be rolled back/incomplete? Did you have access to the Heroes in question at any point?
