Every quest has had a charm theme which was tied to something in the game. The broken ghost had gems, relating to loba being a thief. The last ship had ash masks with other legend colorings on them. This was in relation to ash being a big focus in the comic.
But this season doesn't really seem to relate to anything. We're getting flyer, prowler, and leviathan oragami charms. Nothing in the game at the moment has animals in it. You could argue that maybe it has something to do with kings canyon, and maybe shadow royal but for the time being that's gone. The charm have always had something to do with something that's current.
Could this be a subtle hint towards something in the future? I dunno I found it a bit strange and random.
