Private matches/co-op PvE?

Will private matches be available for all game modes as they were for Garden Warfare 2 (exception of Turf Takeover obviously)? And can friends join your game for PvE areas?

Instant purchase of two copies (PC) if those are both 'yes'. Hoping the answer is yes because I really want to want this.
