Priorities of a Quality designer, No wonder we are not seeing anything lol

I am not talking about the matter, just the derails. We need the game's quality to improve. Everything else should be secondary but with everything we saw, it is not a priority. More n more bugs with each big patch, more sound issues, more server issues. Can we focus on these matters? Ranked is unplayable. Legends have got some old glitches and more.
