Hello everyone, so about 4 days ago i pre ordered Mass Effect Andromeda, and today i received an email from Origin saying that there was a problem with the purchase, went to my billing history and the pre order is listed as "Processing" but right after i bought ME:A 4 days ago i got some other games and since i use a debit card that might be the reason why the purchase did not go through now. So my question is, does origin doesn't charge you right after you pre order? Because if it doesn't that explains why the purchase didn't go through now, yet i think that's a bad thing to do, since if you already pre ordered, that money should have been taken already.

EA charge pre-ordered games only very close to release date and they do that for two good reasons.
1.) The costumer keeps his money until he actually gets a product.
2.) If they would charge right after pre-order the would have to re-transfer the money for every costumer that change his mind.

@holger1405 now mine says something similar min says processing but the tool-tip just says they have billed me but that some products have not been delivered yet does that mean im good to go on launch day? and i have a
digital receipt that say i paid already

Is the game in your Game Library with the preload date visible?
If yes you're good to go.

Hello I have a similar problem kind of. I pre-order the game at the 1st of march got the receipt and all and i just checked it today in my origin launcher and it says pre-order failed. I then checked my order history and the status says processing. What does that mean in the end? That my pre-order didn't go through and basically lost the percs of it or that it will go normal today since today is the release date in Europe?

If you don't have the game in your Game library and the order history shows that your order didn't go through, you should try it again.
If that also fails you should contact EA directly. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.
