Please remove auto-spawn

Some people tend to be afk at the very beginning of a match and the auto-spawn doesn't really help much. It would be better if they simply were kicked due to prolonged auto-spawn. Also, we don't get a chance to spawn into vehicles at the start if auto-spawn occurs. This wasn't the case in the recent and previous Battlefields from what I recall... is there a major or noticeable benefit to having auto-spawn in at the beginning of a match?

They are even going back to regular frontlines (ie no physical bombs) too which is a great thing

@NorToast  OK that sounds good. I was about to say, it was a very obvious feature to not have.

Anyway, I love how responsive EA / DICE have been with Battlefield V development!
