I downloaded the Apex Legends game for my brother.I noticed that my brother got the 'Battle pass' without my permission, even before 1 hour.Please issue a refund.

@imamhttps I would suggest that you submit a support ticket to EA support.

If you have also made the purchase through the PSN store or Xbox store you will more than likely be able to request a refund through them as well.

You already got your answer in that case. Nothing else to do. Be glad he didn’t purchase a 20 or 40 bucks skin bundle.

@imamhttps Have you tried doing it through steam? I doubt you would be any more successful but wouldn't hurt to try. If not then your brother owes you money!
