Hey @mummylh1983

Can I ask if you're trying to set up an underage EA account for your son? And at which step of creating a new account the error message pops out? Wondering

★★★★ Guide

On the Sony Playstation side:

As far as i know your account should have the Plus subscribtion and needs to be set as primary.

Settings > Account Management > Activate as Primary.

This will share online features to other Accounts on the Console.  They can also play games that you have purchased on your Account.   Age Restrictions for online play will come into force when your children play games that have a higher rating.

But I'm a pc user. so it could be I'm wrong.
