I think it's okay for people to leave after their banner expires - that's no harm to the team. But if they leave when I'm trying to get their banner, they deserve some sort of handicap, whether it be not getting stats for that match or not being able to play for a certain amount of time. I only care when it affects the team.

Add people you enjoy playing with- that stay and recover banners, etc. You'll enjoy your experience more.

in order to make such punishment they have to add solo queue to the game for the very least reason that these players including my self , playing alone i dont care about my team unless they are really good , why would i stay in a game where both of my teammates are level 30 running lost in the game , (partly related : i play the game for achievements , and dying early fks it up since half the server would be dead by the time i get respawned . point is make loot balance that hot drops arent that hot).
