Pilot Experince Insturments only

I was wondering in the pilot experience settings like instruments only have their own lobby for fleet battle or are you just gimping self and everyone else in same battle will still have HUD?

@Pylock Unfortunately, there is no game mode that forces instruments only (eg hard core mode). So, if you decide to go instruments only, you'll be facing off against players with full hud functionality.

@Pylock That is the point of Instruments Only, it is meant for players who very experienced and want a challenge.

I fly instrument only and once you get used to it, it's not bad at all. Most of the same info you get from the hud in actually in the instruments.

You can also set custom, so that you can pick and choose which hud elements you keep and which you give up.

If you do the custom, make sure to take a look at what is left on for instrument only first, then switch, cuz when you go to custom it turns everything off.
