Penalise people who drops and dies out of the map

This is getting seriously annoying. These trash people ruin the game to the others especially if you're playing ranked where having a full team is vital. I don't care what excuse you may come with but from me you'll get zero respect and i'll always do my best to recover your banner so you can't leave without getting a penalty.

@Cro_Pittt  I've noticed this alot lately. Trying to bomb stats to get easier lobbies maybe?

@MandatoryIDtag I think it is this. Some people probably do this to avoid going up levels in ranked.

Hmm, maybe this is the answer to seeing damond and pred trails often in silver. Not ashamed to admit those matches often ended with a -12RP for me.

They could give some time penalty if a player does this 2-3 times consecutively or in the span of 24 hours.
