Hey @lfaria123 I imagine that when they said to contact through the forums they meant to create a case through the SWTOR site here: http://www.swtor.com/support
We are not able to assist with any account or billing-related issues on AHQ, as such there is nothing that we can do here for this issue beyond advising you to speak with our live support.

For account and billing issues you will need to speak with one of our chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.
You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
To speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat.

@EA_Darkoover twitter they said do contact via the forums... Doesnt seem right, and it speaks loads about your customer support, that after spending nearly 40€ on subs im being told in a circular faction who and how to ask for support. The land line option is expensive and after spending the nearly 40€ it doesnt seem right to spend any more money. I have the involices, they were in the post. Please help me just get the 90 days (in total) game time i already pay for please.
