Pathfinder Twitch Prime Skin still missing on PS4

So I only just reinstalled and got back on Apex Legends the other day on PS4, and my Pathfinder Twitch Prime Skin still seems to be missing on this platform. Was there something I missed in some patch? Or is the issue still not resolved for console? Please let there be a solution, because this was my favorite skin for my main...

They made a post awhile ago that you had to report the issue to them and they would return your skin if they found the twitch prime connection to your account. They fixed it for almost everyone already though and it's been returned to their accounts automatically. Unless you used that string of code to get the skin for free without actually having had twitch prime then it's gone forever they won't return those. So unless you ACTUALLY had twitch prime you won't get it back.
