Party Invites

I want to report something that needs to be changed in game. "Party invites". We shouldn't be able to confirm new party invite in-game. 

At least you shouldn't just press the "Y" key. Party invitations shouldn't look like this big in the game, they shouldn't affect the game.

I was just in game and somehow joined new party while only 2 squads left.  Origin's interface was open at the back and I think that was the reason I joined new party.

I didn't even press "Y", have no idea how did that happen. I was scoping in game didn't even shoot something and bang, I was in the main menu with new party members.

It's really annoying, please change that future. Put it in "ESC" for example.
