@Rednth  well I’m glad it worked out for you.

if you read that comment properly?!! It was initially someone else method had happened to share it. It didn’t work for myself.

anyway doing this method removes the whole game features, what’s the point releasing a game known for customising your own personal vehicles that you can’t use due to broken game. Been over a week now and they have note post a Official post regarding this issue.

I’m waiting for Sony’s reply on Monday. And this is what they said on Thursday when I reported NFS Heat;

Thanks for getting back in touch with us regarding your issues with need for speed and for providing the requested screenshots.

I have now passed your case to our specialist team who will review your case and look to resolving your request, once they have done so they will be back in touch with you via email.

Thanks,

★★★ Newbie

You all are a bunch of whinny newbies when it comes to gaming with your console! Only reason why this game is NOT working is on your END your console.  This game works great nothing is wrong with this game running on the  PS4! Only thing that sucks is no wheel and VR support other then that game runs flawless and EA know it.

Just because you wanna be gamer's cant keep your consoles from getting corrupted doesn't make the GAME broken you scrubs!

FYI you can cry all you want you will never sue EA for one season its called a freaking EULA a legal contract which YOU agreed to!  This shows how much of a newbie you really are. lmfao!!!

An End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal contract between a software application author or publisher and the user of that application.

@BLVD69

Thank you very much for your concerns bro, I want this game to succeed as much as the community do. submitting a ticket would most likely copy and pasted with the same repetitive replies that every user gets! I did get in touch with EA help last week on twitter - please see attachment.

NFS HEAT is great and you can have fun with friends but what i dont understand how did it pass QA testers? If the developers thought it wasn't ready for launch? who to blame EA or developers for not delaying deadline day?

thanks again for providing those helpful links.

Hello again.

i would like to update you on my NFS Heat refund with UK Sony Player support specialist.

i reported to Sony on (14/11/19) the phone 7 days after launch of NFS Heat. It toke them 2 weeks to reply. This process is pain in the * to get digital refund for a broken game. Just yesterday and today they replied and I provided video evidence of the issues. Please read the attachments.

for future reference and broken digital games, I advise all gamers to contact Sony customer service via telephone, not email or live chat otherwise they will respond with

“You have already downloaded the game and played it” without themselves doing some research they might blame your own console too” it’s pathetic.

Just ignore him, ignorant people like him wouldn’t acknowledge even if they had issues.

Any improvements since 1.4 update?

This game has made my ps4 randomly shut off a couple times and no other game does that so i can relate on nfs needing to fix this bs or take it off the market before it destroys people systems and they have a lawsuit on their hands and ill be one to join that lawsuit

How weird. I've never had the issues you're referring to on the game, and I even have a PS4. Even though it's only a standard one.

I might have a few steps you can take if this helps

- Reinstall the game

- Perform a rebuild database action on your PS4. I've encountered an issue on my games in the past like what you're referring to, and after rebuilding my database it seems to have fixed the issue.

- If you have a physical copy of the game; take it back and exchange it for another one. I know that sometimes the coding on a game can get jacked up in the manufacturing process of the disc.

- Free up some storage space on your console. I've noticed that on the PS4 if you have most of the storage space taken up on the hard drive that it will perform poorly. You can blame Sony for that.

If I can come up with anything else. I'll come let you know. I hope this helps!

Cheers!
