PC account on Xbox?

So i currently only have access to a xbox right now and i normally play on PC. I'm just trying to figure out if its possible to sign my PC account into the xbox one if possible to continue my progress on that account. Anything helps thanks

it's just available for origin pc to steam pc right now.
