PACKET LOSS - SEVERE - GAME UNPLAYABLE [ Edited ]

This game has reduced to unplayable. I was just on a server. I got run over by a vehicle. However, no indication of this until about three seconds later when I died and screen told me I was killed by a vehicle. I get severe sudden movements of troops and vehicles/aircraft. I can be aiming at a vehicle or soldier and suddenly it is a different location. My screen continually shows packet loss data indicator.  Game is rubbish until this is fixed. It is unplayable. My internet speed check is good. I have set the game display settings to low to see if packet loss is severe, and it is. Game is rubbish with this severe loss which is obviously a server issue. I should mention, that if I exit 2042 and go to BF 5 I do not have any issues with data loss, so the issue must be with the server.
