Origin's Levels and Classifications

So, I was looking at the ranking structure here.

• Newbie
• Novice
• Apprentice
• Guide
• Pro
• Expert
• Master
• Guru

There also seems to be additional supportive titles of "Champion" and "Hero" for those who help the community since Support can't? So, if someone is a thorn in Origin Support's side (or paw) and brings their incompetence into the limelight,  do they get titles such as "Rebel" or "Nemesis"???
