Hey, have you tried clearing the Origin cache and then try again? https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/ @Majstor_Dalton

I purchased the original Dead Space Awhile back. This is why I refuse to ever spend any of my money on EA or Origen game.

6 hours later I still cannot access the site this is really shameful.
