Origin Dark Theme

Thanks for the link! Don't know why I didn't try this earlier (Guess that's indicative of how "often" I use Origin... might change now).

But finally something is happening! It's still lacking in features (and yet not too far behind Origin client), but this doesn't look too bad.  Plus for the dark theme ofc!

Ah yes, I failed to include that. It's from "Cantiras" post #88 on the previous page. The EA Desktop client.

But, as it is, I haven't actually used it a lot after all, so far.

For one, it leaves a background service running even after exit'ing the app (no matter what any of the automatic update settings are). I'm not super minimalistic when it comes to running background services, but if there's no need I don't like it (and it's a hassle, even if a minor one, to remember to start task manager and really turn them off).

I still think it looks promising though.

ok i understand, that's good to know.
i suspect thats how it works like other platforms steam, origin, etc.there is a funktion to prohibit the auto start.

@RemingtonRyder I use DarkReader for that (browser extension). Doesn't work with all browsers, so I agree it would be better if the website supported dark themes.
