Opted out of every email list, but continue to receive many, many emails from EA

 Still receiving emails even after unsubscribing, unchecking the box, and sending an email to [edit: email address removed]

Is this illegal after this point? This is getting old, you guys...

Let us know if the following steps work for you:

1. Log in to profile.ea.com
2. Click on Email Preferences
3. At the very bottom of the page, click Unsubscribe All and then Save

I personally have done that, and I've also chatted with an Advisor. I'm STILL receiving emails. I'm going through the process now to deactivate my account because this is absolutely ridiculous. If that doesn't work, rest assured that I will be deleting my account completely.
