Still receiving emails even after unsubscribing, unchecking the box, and sending an email to [edit: email address removed]
Is this illegal after this point? This is getting old, you guys...

I personally have done that, and I've also chatted with an Advisor. I'm STILL receiving emails. I'm going through the process now to deactivate my account because this is absolutely ridiculous. If that doesn't work, rest assured that I will be deleting my account completely.
