Basically he is complaining that he always rolls 1's, and his opponents always roll 3's.
But I mean, that's the way the game goes. After playing for a few matches, you must have figured out the block meter system. I would say that many successful games(let me preface this by saying that this mechanic is not what makes the games successful, it just happens to be a common feature across popular games) have some/many RNG factors. This is yet another game like that. From pack opening, to conjures, to shuffling your deck/drawing cards/mulliganning your opening hand, to the block meter/which power you receive off a block, etc. Sure, sometimes it's against you, but other times it's in your favor. Just a component that you'll have to live with if you want to play this game or any game like this
