Honestly they should fix this soon. This will become more of a problem as time goes on. You shouldn't get a random heirloom.

@TTVQuadrupleCupIf you did open 500 packs, you would have gotten your heirloom. There hasn't been a case where this didn't happen.
You must not know but not all packs count towards the heirloom count. If you did know, you wouldn't be here complaining and talking about how you will hire a lawyer for whatever reason.
And I WISH i was bad, that way I could be in your lobby and get back on the path to 20K
EDIT
To be more productive: OP, certain packs don't count like Event packs and such. It must be a normal apex pack you either buy or earn through leveling up.
