I submitted a ticket regarding my account being hacked and consequently banned a while ago (1 month mark will be tomorrow), and have yet to hear anything regarding the status of my case. I understand that there is a large influx of cases coming in, it's just frustrating when the person dealing with my claim had told me my case was being "expedited", and that I should expect an update within 2 weeks. My case says it's in progress but I'm not sure if it's still open at this point. Any sort of insight would be much appreciated.

Hey @magiquake, if your case is with our TOS team then the best thing to do is to be patient and keep an eye on your email for a response from the team.
The team aims to respond within 14 days but during busy periods it can take longer.
