Would like some confirmation please,

Does his stim now give 40% speed boost or does it mean he now at full sprint reaches 40% run speed?

Because the tactical in game still says 30%

  • Upon activation, Stim will remove movement impairing effects.
  • Stim sprinting speed is increased by 10%

I don't know 10% of already 30% = 3%  so 33% ?

or 30% + 10% = 40%
