Not receiving premium battle pass content

I paid the 950 coins for the premium battle pass but still when i level up I do not obtain the red coloured items does anyone know why this is?

BATTLEPASS POINTS ARE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE SCREEN WHEN THE GAME IS OVER AND YOU SEE YOUR POINTS. sorry for caps. you earn stuff from battle points like their their own level, different from regular points.

Yeah i get that Im leveling up but only receiving the free items instead of the ones that are red
