No subs or free throws

Why don't they have people to sub for and why can't we shoot free throws in the game?

This a very late reply but for sake of killing time I'll do it.

We can shoot free throws although I only experience it once and miss it sadly. There aren't many fouls and violations applied to game but maybe on the future they'll work for it. Subbing might not make sense since it's a 2 minute game per quarter and we have different lineups that we can use.
