No recoil on console

Every clip I see of Apex Legends on console has no recoil, is there no recoil of console? Lol why?

After hours of gameplay you learn the recoil pattern and how to pull against it or fire in short controlled bursts. Same with pc players. I saw videos with r-99 firing like laser in mid range of you know his to control it
