No players online to update vanquishes for community challenge?

hi I'm trying to finish the community challenge personal vanquishes currently at 273 however when i go to town hall portal and try to join there are no players and it says "waiting for players"

I only have 5hrs to complete the challenge - how do i get my personal vanquishes up if no one available to play online with?

You can do it in normal multiplayer... or kill some friends in your backyard maybe. Good luck.
