No compensation after code:net issue.

Hi, I was one of the 450 players affected by the code:net login bug and were locked out of my account for nearly 2 months. I received no compensation when I got my account back and I’ve seen so many people on Twitter that already got it. Respawn even tweeted they would do make-goods. EA support told me to contact Respawn on Twitter, but no one is replying..Is it anyone that can help me get in touch with those that are in charge of giving out compensation?
